Registration and Payment Page

Complete and submit the Registration Form below to register for a 2026 EMLOA Associate Officials Training Class. We will try to confirm that you are registered by email within 24 hours of receipt of the form.

Once you complete and submit the Registration Form, you can pay the 2026 Registration and Class fee (DUES) by following the Payment instructions located below the Form towards the bottom of this page.

PAY ASSOCIATE OFFICIALS DUES - The 2026 EMLOA Associate Official Dues are $50. As in years past, you can pay online or you can pay by check.

PAY BY CHECK – If you want to pay by check, it is $50 per candidate - make check out to EMLOA or EMLOA Training (put AO or Associate and Associate’s name in memo area).
